I like this MCU PIC-P40-28 prototype board. But there a few things prospective buyers should know. At least 2 (probably all) of the 4 boards I received had bad MAX3232 RS232 to TTL converter chips. They would not work on 3.3V. Also my PIC 16F1937 just would not work at all until I put 0.1uf caps on the power supply pins. The proto board has these caps but they are apparently too far away from the pins. At $11 per board I still think its a good deal.
