Sorry to hear the $13.60 for shipping was excessive.
That was actual cost based upon your AZ zip code which is aways expensive to ship to and would cost way more then that if it came from somewhere farther away in the US.
I paid out of my pocket for all the professional packaging materials and labels to be able to package it properly for extra safe arrival out of my pocket and also so many other expenses that you weren't charged for that I paid.
