Nice to get the right part vw was designed for. Aftermarket chinese reg's that either didn't work or over charged including Napa and Carquest. All junk.I know better too. Must be no more than 13.7v for electronic ignition upgrade or you could burn it out. Had to replace coil too from over charging..Good reliable seller selling correct parts.
