    Afte sending me a double shipment I notified vendor of their mistake and vendor offered to discount the extra case if I would consider to just keep it. When I ask what the discounted price would be, the vendor quoted higher than I paid for the first case. When I questioned, the answer was prices are going up 1st time in years and they must go up. I understand prices go up, but you don't offer a discount and then charge more. Poor Customer Service . Now my time to return extra case.

    The buyer purchased them prior to the price change 1/1202 and yes we accidentally dbl shipped her, we did offer her a discount to keep them or a a pre-paid label to return them. I did offer her a 20% discount but that was not good enough as she wanted the 20% off the older price and I did comply, but she took this angry posture and declined even when I met her demand. You can't reason with the unreasonable. BTW, to date I've not received them back. Based on her attitude I prob won't see them.
