There generally are not any T&C's, we basically send you a lovely product, you look after it and love it and we're happy it's gone to a good home.
 
There are a few things that we would like you to read though.
 
1. Please do fully read the description, especially for the leather products and please note the postage that we have charged.
 
2. Please make sure that you check the dimensions of the product to ensure it is the correct size that you want. If in doubt please do draw the size on a piece of paper.
 
3. Our products are priced as they would be in stores, we have not inflated the price and reduced the postage cost, we feel that this gives the customer the impression that the postage is cheap.
 
4. Postage charged is less than the Royal mail cost. Our items are heavy. Royal mails prices were increased considerably in May 2012.
 
5. If buying a leather product, it is a natural product and hand dyed so there may be imperfections in the leather.
 
6. The pattern on the embossed leather products WILL NOT be the same as pictured due to the hand made Fair Trade nature of the product. It will, however, be embossed with the same love and care as every other piece.
7. This has also been noted in the description. We feel that this makes each piece individual and unique.
 
8. By buying this product you are agreeing that you are happy with the information noted above.
 
9. Woollen items have been handmade, due to this fact sometimes the design may vary slightly to the image.
