I'm sorry for your trouble. However this doesn't make any sense. Return shipping is free too! Just a wild guess but I'm thinking you did not know these are MIDRANGE only replacements for home speaker cabinets. They require a crossover and some speaker building experience to install. They are not a "stand alone" car or home full-range replacement. Thank you
