item is in very poor shape and no longer functional with drum sounds since the drum skin is loose. It is the seller's responsibility to mention that in the description instead of trying to sell a broken item as a "used item"

By its nature, we assumed the item was for decoration, not playing. The buyer did not contact us. Had he done so, we would have been happy to refund his purchase price (and will still do so if he wants).
