I always buy from this seller, and always order Viva Elite products. I always get great service, with free shipping, and the products I receive have been in great shape, with one exception. I have seen damage that clearly occurred in transit, and once contacted, the seller supplied me with replacements for the damaged items. The cases were exactly the size I was looking for and the slip covers fit over them with no issues had to shrink previous ones from 14 mm to 12 mm worked out great. Happy with purchase cheers mate. :-)
