The seller did not respond to my initial question about the specifics of where the height was measured to (including the clasp or not). Then when the item was delivered, the length was 5.5 inches, rather than 6 inches as stated. I tried to reach the seller about a possible replacement, but they did not respond again. I am very disappointed with the product and the seller.
