    The snowglobe music box appears new in box as represented. It was mailed with tracking reasonably soon after purchase. The USPS decided to route it through Florida (!) on its trip from Illinois to Ohio (not the seller's fault, the box was labeled clearly) so it got a lot of extra handling on its way, but the seller's excellent and careful packing got it to me unscathed. Thanks to your attention to detail and care in shipping, I have a happy kid!
