There was some damage during shipping even though Ben packaged it very well with protective materials. But he took care of everything! He offered refund or repair. I chose repair. He provided return shipping and is repairing the clock now. He wants to be sure it will work well and that I will be happy with it. He is the best seller I have worked with on eBay! I recommend him highly!!
