I bought the item on April 12th. They didn't ship to me, but lied and said they did. Tracking shows it didn't. Then they promised on May 1st to send item. As of the 16th, nothing. I have been an ebayer for many, many years and haven't ever had to deal with a crook like this. Just beware buyers. The surfboard towel racks are super cool and would look great by our pool, but I guess I just got taken on this one.
