Have emailed this company as part of my product arrived in a complete mess with a spillage of the granite that went all over me, my workplace and the floor… it was a total mess and took me a long time to clean up. I used my tumbler twice and the belt has broken!!! I’ve emailed them yesterday morning and haven’t even had an acknowledgment xx to say I’m disgusted and disappointed is an understatement.
