Can eBay help me get my money back, I will gladly return the software disk which was shipped to me. Or is there some other way I can be compensated?

Hi Neil, I loaded it to one of my laptops and it did not work correctly. I will try again on my second laptop tomorrow, and let you know how I get on, I will take it to the professionals to do this due to the anti virus software that I have installed, in the meantime plase send my any learning materials that you have.
