    Jigsaw never arrived. Contacted seller - said would send another one. That never arrived so asked for a refund, which I got (from Ebay I believe). I don't believe the jigsaws were ever sent! I see from other reviews this has happened before, and I think it is very poor. I would definitely NOT use this seller again.

    Order did not arrive, contacted seller a he said he would send another one out. That never arrived and contacted him again and he refunded the item. In the meantime I did not have the item I needed. The item has never arrived, I therefore believe that no item was sent, very disappointed.
