El sistema estenopeico esta muy irregularmente moldeado y esta fuera de foco, senti la visión alterada después de su uso, conclui usarlo solo por los magnetos pero en la noche o con los ojos cerrados para mejorar la circulacion... los magnetos son fuertes ...despues.hay que realizar ejercicios de enfoque cerca-lejos y alrededor para no desajustar tu vision.....apretar fuertemente los parpados por 10 segundos y abrir fuertemente por 10 segundos para mejor flujo 3 veces
