Awful. Ordered the wrong colour fur by mistake, tried to cancel immediately so I could buy the correct one from the same seller. Within 5 mins, it was suddenly ‘dispatched’.. cancellation rejected.. I had to wait for it to arrive, to then open a return form, go through the hassle of the label and returning it. Then the seller receives the item and NO REFUND! I wait another week and am then forced to open a case with eBay. The seller then refunded within half an hour.. BUY FUR ELSEWHERE 💩
