The house is fine. The box was definitely not in new condition, ripped and taped. The house was not in plastic in the box. The house was shipped in a huge old beat up walmart box, not wrapped protected in bubble wrap, but loosely wrapped in paper, so it bounced around quite a bit inside the box. But, it did not break. It took a while to ship.

That is why I state on the item description the boxes may have wear but doesn't affect the piece. When a piece is larger we do use a bigger box and I use packing paper packed tightly to protect the item, nit loose paper. I also recycle boxes as much as possible to save the trees. It is always in best interest to me and the client that the item arrives safe. Glad your item was not damaged. I appreciate your business.
