    Well to be honest the mops looked good quality however I ordered the wrong ones for our needs. The seller was very helpful in sorting out the order for me, excellent communication. Also I was able to send the ones I ordered back without any fuss. The seller did offer replacements but I would have had to buy replacement handles too which my partner didn’t want to do. All in all an excellent seller, good to deal with & very helpful. Would definitely recommend A++++++++++++++++
