The Headline says it fits my machine. But apparently you need to look deep into info to find out that it doesn’t fit. Not impressed with customer service who wouldn’t take any responsibility and try to fix it. Blamed customer for not reading the ful description and blamed EFCO for having several models with simular name. Approximately 80$ down the drain. Ohhh I forgot to mention that the part had a crack in it so it would probably break anyway….

Our listing clearly mentions that the offered gear box fits EFCO 8420 IC model. It also mentions that it fits tubes with diameter 28mm, and replaces OEM Part #61250066R. But, your machine model is EFCO 8420 which has a tube with diameter 32mm, and needs the gear box with OEM Part #61112072R. The gear box you needed was totally different. Not only you messed up the EFCO models, but you did not read the listing, at all. Unwarranted!
