For a week almost my item said it had not arrived at the starting point for shipment. 25 hours later, I received a notice that my purchase was on its way to be delivered but no response from the vendor. My purchase arrived with badly damaged leaves and no root system. When I reached out to the vendor they sent me an automated response back asking me to leave feedback. So in summary, cappy product and no customer service.

I’m not sure if it is going to make it. The stem is green when I scratch it. It has been planted in a pot since it is small baby like. The leaves are yellow/brownish . It’s in direct sun and watering it daily and added a little city’s fertilizer. I’m praying it makes it!
