The product (2 of them) has arrived completely in pieces, and upon trying to put it back together it is clear the screw is not long enough to hold it together. It is not possible to fix. I contacted the seller and requested a refund, sending multiple photos. They offered a $1.20 refund, which is unacceptable considering I spent over $30 and the product is completely defective. They claim it is as described, despite me sending a photo of it fallen apart.
