This gaiwan just arrived, packaged securely in a padded storage box and a beautiful storage pouch, such a treat when opening the package. The gaiwan itself is just as described and a pleasure to use, a great addition to my small collection of teaware. There was also a complementary nixing teacup in the package, which was a very nice surprise (thank you for the gift!). So, I can wholeheartedly recommend this!
