The add clearly states the print comes with a COA. Not included when it arrived I contacted the seller he responded that he could not find it . I have not heard from him after I asked him to try and get the certificate from the gallery I am very disappointed the certificate confirms the print is authentic seller told me to return the print to him But I had already dropped it off to be framed I thought he would send it to me

I had the COA with the print when I was ready to package.
If you say the COA was not included, I won't dispute it, that is why I asked you to return it for a full refund and I would even pay for shipping.
I have not cut communication with you, in my last message to you, I asked that you check the print for the print number, and I will contact the artist and will ask him to re-issue one.
