Arrived safely yesterday by "signed for" Royal Mail. Safely packed so no worries there. Having recently had my HHS hearing aids upgraded to a model that incorporates Bluetooth technology I was keen to try this little device by Oticon. Following the included instructions the device was set up without any problems and it really makes a difference to the performance of the hearing aids on a mobile phone. All accessories included. Great product and a great seller. Definitely a recommended seller.
