Parcel for my mums birthday was stuck in transit for over a week.. Emailed seller twice with no response to either messages. Then got a theres a fee to pay card from the royal mail and turns out the seller hadn't paid the correct postage, missed my mums birthday and finally arrived a week later at more cost to myself. Sent though a request to ebay for a refeund and still no response. Terrible customer service!!!
