Premessa:

Il consumatore che per qualsiasi ragione non si ritenesse soddisfatto dell'acquisto effettuato, ha diritto di recedere dal contratto stipulato, senza specificarne il motivo.

Termini:

Per i contratti già perfezionati con merce già ricevuta, bisogna darne comunicazione entro 14 giorni di calendario dalla data di ricezione dell'ordine.

Modalità :

Il recesso dovrà essere manifestato nei termini di cui sopra, mediante l'invio di una e-mail con avviso di ricevimento all'indirizzo info@barbutosrl.it, specificando tutti i dati della vendita. Alla ricezione della richiesta di recesso verrà inoltrato al cliente la relativa autorizzazione alla restituzione della merce. Sempre entro il termine di giorni 14 dovranno essere restituiti al mittente-fornitore tutti i beni acquistati, integri, imballati nella loro confezione originaria e completi degli eventuali manuali, senza alcuna mancanza e quindi in modo che il prodotto/i sia/no RIVENDIBILI COME NUOVO.

Le spese di restituzione e i mezzi di cui avvalersi saranno a carico e a responsabilità del Cliente che non verrà risarcito da "Barbuto S.r.l." nel caso in cui i beni venissero persi o danneggiati. Sarà inoltre necessario specificare sul pacco una dicitura contenente il numero di autorizzazione. Una volta ricevuta la merce "Barbuto S.r.l." verificherà che le condizioni di questo rispettino le regole della modalità di reso e provvederà all'emissione di una nota di credito dell'importo versato dal Cliente privo dei costi di spedizione affrontati da "Barbuto S.r.l." per la spedizione del materiale.

Entro il termine di 30 giorni verrà rimborsata la nota di credito, nel caso in cui il Cliente non decida di acquistare merce pari all'importo risultante dalla nota di credito.

Attenzione: non esiste il diritto di recesso per acquisti effettuati con PARTITA IVA e per servizi di cui si ha già usufruito.
