Item sold as may have minor damage ref may have scratches or dents but when awning arrived the box was dented and ripped with tape wrapped round I opened it up and all fitments ie brackets and bolts were not in a box but all loose all over the awning cover that had ripped into the awning cover and pelmet causing more damage when dispatched iv contacted seller asking for a return label and full refund but I'm getting nowhere with them iv sent pictures of damage hopefully eBay will help sort
