The seller never shipped my order because she said she doesn't have the product. She didn't want to cancel it by saying that she didn't get my payment and I explained her that the reason why is because eBay is holding the money because she is a new seller and because she never shipped my order. I had to open a case to get my refund, and she is ignoring me and still reluctant to accept the refund with the same excuse although I told her eBay will take care of it. I'll wait for ebay to help me!!!

Hi, I have not ignored you. You have been quite rude when I was trying to explain that I was more than happy to refund but eBay has the funds so I was never paid. So you’re wanting me to refund you money that I never got which seems unfair. I have tried contacting eBay and there seems to be no number to call, just a virtual assistant that gives no help on what to. I apologized I forgot to take the listing down and apologized for any inconvenience. I’m still trying to get ahold of eBay to help.
