When my item didn’t arrive in the time specified I contacted the seller to be told the by an automated message that my item couldn’t be dispatched as the seller was moving premises. Then I was told it would be sent out in September. As I ordered this in March that is totally unacceptable and the seller should not be taking orders that they can’t fulfil. I did receive a prompt refund but this was a bad experience overall.
