    Super fast international shipment. Good communication. Item as described. A positive eBay experience. Might I suggest some instructions be included in future to show which buttons are used for specific functions. I had to sit and try each one to work it out. There was a printed sheet/sticker in the package but the print was so small and blurred it was unreadable. I'm not sure if that was the instructions but it did not look like it?

    REmote arrived in perfect condition....I would like to say that they did there part for fast shipping, but item was slow to arrive here, and I would say that all of the delay was due to customs taking their sweet time getting this item through!!!!...Nice packaging...Remote was new as advertised...and above all the remote worked wonderfully well for my older Sylvania TV. Very Happy with our Auction...and would love to do business with you again in the future...Highly Recommend Seller AAAAA+++++

    One star is for the seller, not the item. Because I did not receive the item. Ordered and it sat on some shipping platform for a month. When I opened a case they falsely reported the item as delivered and didn't attempt to contact me at all. Ebay had to step in and get my money back. I recognize that the US is a disaster right now and tariffs make shipping unreliable for foreign sellers, but they shouldn't be accepting sales if they can't fulfill them.
