Seller posted item as new, but it is evident that item is used and seller tried to clean the suede with suede eraser but in some areas the suede was brushed off. I contacted seller to see if there could be partial refund as the price paid was not too bad for a used item, but seller insisted item was new, when it is clear it wasn't.

WOW. Buyer try to blackmail me into giving him an additional discount, claiming item was used, clearly not the case. The shoes is suede of course some parts is lighter than others. I ONLY SELL NEW ITEMS.
