I am extremely disappointed with my order! Items not as advertised on your site, quote from your site :-- Condition: Opened – never used “Sold unboxed with the HP seal intact (see pictures).” The package arrived with the cartridges wrapped in bubble wrap, there was no outer sealed cellophane wrapper as shown in your pictures. There was no usual plastic clip on covers over the printing head and terminations. Instead of the usual sealed strip off cover : to be continued
