Even under relevant reasons, to expect any refund, you will need to provide an unedited video of you unboxing the item right after it arrived at you.

The video must be clear and show the box being opened, then the item being inspected, then the unaltered serial-number paper inside the box that we previously placed and took a photo of, then (if applicable) the item serial number.

Then authorities will evaluate the footage and a subsequent refund will be too.

In the case a return is accepted, you will pay the shipping costs (highly advised to buy the item with your PayPal balance so that PayPal will cover those extras).

You have to videotape the process of boxing the item before sending it back, showing the item serial number (if present), then a piece of paper that you placed inside the box (such paper has 9 random numbers + the last digit of this order number, written or printed). Then you film the process of the item being placed inside the box and closed with tape.

This procedure will ensure you the right to claim back in case we find that the item came back altered, this way alterations won’t be imputable to you (we film the process of unboxing the item, so we expect: the 10 digit code, the item serial number and the item packing position to match with the video you filmed before sending the item back).
