Le ciabatte non sono sbiadite, basta confrontare l'oggetto ricevuto con la foto dell'inserzione e si vede subito che la tonalità del colore è identica . Comunque se l'oggetto acquistato non piace si può benissimo restituire. All'acquirente è stata anche fornita la procedura per chiedere il reso secondo le regole della piattaforma eBay e ottenere il rimborso.
