    Unfortunately, the shipping box the item came in got squished in on one of the corners which resulted in the corner of the item on the upper-left hand front getting slightly squished too (it wasn't too bad, I was able to fix the squished corner back into place somewhat). Item still looks great despite that mishap during shipping (item could've used more bubble-wrap around it and possibly another inner box to protect it during shipment). Everything was included and new as described!!
