Waste of time and nerves! Thank you eBay for solving the problem and returning the money. The seller does not send the purchased goods and does not respond to letters. I do not recommend cooperation

I buy a lot of electronics on eBay and this was probably one of the worst packing jobs I have seen. Nothing preventing it from knocking around, using an old amazon box and inadequate sealing of the package. Shock, broke 2 of 4 output coils, literally broken away from the phenolic base, The cores were rolling around in the bottom. Also 3 of 4 1813 lamps had broken filaments, likely from shock. Was able to repair the unit but my labor and cost of EOL bulbs was not expected.
