    My Whalophone arrived after the projected delivery date, possibly due to where it was sent from and where it was coming to. Upon arrival the box was badly crushed but the instrument was ok, surprisingly. However the order was incomplete, the bow to play the Whalophone was not included as advertised! I have reached out to the seller on a couple of different dates right after I got it and haven't heard back from them. I'm frustrated and considering looking into returning it if I can't play it :(

    I apologize, sending the whalophone first time to Hawaii, I reckon the distant transportion route have affected the condition of the package (it always arrives intact to all the states on the continent). I will take it into account sending a package next time this far. Concerning the bow, I have started to send bows separately recently due to recent increase of shipping costs (non-cubic shape). It should arrive eventually - if it was lost on its way, I will send a replacement.
