( B+++++) Heavy Duty, really Good for the price. We had to do a lot of adjustment, the item was between 1/2 and 3/4 in too narrow. We had to re-drill the bolt holes just to get it to fit, we had to manipulate it into place. It fits Extremely snug. I have put many tow hitches on and this is the toughest one to install. BUT for the PRICE I Would buy it again.
