While I originally asked for a refund I am changing my review to a Neutral rating. The inks were not exactly what I was hoping for. So, never mind a refund. The problem with return of items is that the expense of doing so since it is outside of the US is too expensive, So, I am amending my review. No need to replace or refund. Just so you know the problem was with the black inks. The black they delivered was not quite as neutral as expected. Maybe this was my fault. Color inks fine.
