COLLECTIONS - Please adhere to the government guidelines by keeping two meters apart, also the item/s will be placed outside the shop ready for collection (due to the rules we cannot help load so if this is a large item we would recommend you bring someone to help you).
 
DELIVERIES - Upon drop off the item/s will only be taken out of the van at your delivery address and again due regulations we cannot help you carry the item/s into your property so you may need to get someone to help you at your home. If you wish to use a courier of your choosing that’s fine as long as they adhere to the current collection policy of above.
 
VIEWING – At present we cannot accommodate viewing before purchasing.
 
PAYMENT – Must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal at present we cannot accept payment in cash.

Terms & Conditions
All items must be fully paid for within 48 hours of the end of the auction unless requested and agreed. If not the item will be relisted. If the item is kept over seven days with no agreement beforehand there is storage charge of £10 per week will be added before goods can be released and must be paid in full.
This item is for sale elsewhere so reserve the right to cancel auction/sale at any time.
 
If you require me to arrange a courier – the courier charge must be agreed before the end of the auction, so please email me first to arrange a price. Please also be aware that I will not be held responsible for any damage to any item bought once it leaves my premises. Happy for you to use a courier of your own choice. I strongly recommend you take out insurance cover if using any courier or postage (if applicable).
 
 
Payment – Cash on collection preferred, if delivered must be paid for in full, before leaving the premises through cash or PayPal (including any delivery costs).

Important Notes
 
Please note all electrical items are sold as (decorative items) only, and not to be used, they all need to be pat tested by a qualified electrician. (Disclaimer) Please be aware that older upholstered items pre 1988 are sold for decorative purposes only, due to EU and British, fire regulations. Unless stated as re upholstered and meet regulations.
 
I would always advise with any large items /furniture to be secure to a wall. Remember these are all vintage, antique or pre loved second hand items so may not be up to current health & safety standards so sold as seen.
 
Please be aware payment for the courier and delivery of an item is solely down to the purchaser if the purchaser changes their mind after delivery they are still liable for the delivery costs, I advise that prospective purchasers view the item they are buying first, if they choose to buy of the website and then want to terminate the purchase the buyer is solely responsible for the delivery charge, any additional costs will be held liable to the customer if it is out of the bounds of our pre agreement for delivery.
