Listing said nothing was wrong with product when I received it , it was locked and was a sheriff departments full system with employees names and other info still in device , asked for a password and never even got a message back so wouldn’t recommend …… after doing more research they are a recycling group and get these products free to “ recycle “ instead they sell with personal info on devices
