Item was great quality, however did not fit 12 size pocket watch specifically. I did contact seller for a refund, but item would cost more to return than receive. In response I said it’s okay and canceled my refund. For some reason the seller blocked me, and now it sucks because it is hard to find US wrist watch parts. I genuinely do not know why, but would buy more items from buyer if no longer blocked. 7-10 great seller!
