DELIVERY:
Times specified for delivery are from date of dispatch and not date of order. Free delivery and any other optional shipping costs are only for the UK mainland excluding Northern Ireland, the islands and parts of the Scottish highlands. For delivery to these areas outside the UK mainland please contact us for a quote prior to making a purchase. Please note that free delivery excludes shipments weighing more than 30Kg or oversize parcels, also restricted products such as aerosols, lithium batteries, etc. For express delivery services, orders and payment must be received by 1 p.m. Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays unless it is actually offered by a specific delivery option. Same day dispatch is not guaranteed although we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. The vast majority of orders are delivered within the period for the stated service e.g. 24 or 48 hours but we will not be held responsible for delays outside of our control e.g. bad weather, breakdowns, customs delays, carrier delays, the extremely busy Christmas period, incorrect address details, etc. Please ensure that there is someone at home to take receipt of the delivery. Many of our delivery services will require a signature on receipt. If there is no one at home then a card will normally be left advising you how to arrange collection. If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us then you will be liable for any re-delivery charges. If a shipment is lost due to you providing incorrect delivery address details then we will not be responsible for the loss. Upon receipt of your order, please take great care to check that it is correct. You must inform us by telephone or email of any defective, damaged or missing products within 48 hours.
RETURNS:
We offer a 30 day return policy but returns for refund are only accepted if the product is unopened, not used and with the retail packaging in the original condition as supplied and fit for resale. Returns under warranty do not cover accidental damage or misuse. If the product has been opened and used then any refund will be at our discretion and may only be partial to compensate for checking, testing, repairs, repackaging, etc. Refunds will exclude our original shipping/postage/insurance costs and may incur a restocking charge. Please ensure the product is complete with all accessories and adequately packaged to prevent any damage in transit.
