The only reason why I gave this a positive review Is the company did respond to my concerns, they had no answers, but they did communicate. This product does not work. Even after I figured out how to pair it with my phone. Frequency adjust is nothing but a problem. Simply does not work. This is an amplifier...NO more. Save your money buy a good hearing aid.
