All products which have been manufactured with a personal message or name will not be under our return and refund policy unless a mistake has been made on our side. If this is to happen a option for a refund or a corrected version will be sent out at Occasions to Remember expense.
 
The buyer has 7 days if they want to cancel a purchase. Unless the item is faulty the buyer agrees to return the item at their expense.
