I bought a steam controller. One of the bumpers was stuck and interfering with the trigger, but I was able to push it back and it works fine now. I believe this was due to the soft envelope it was in; it did not do much to protect the controller in transit. The controller did not work on arrival and needed to be reflashed but works perfectly after that.
