But for this particular transaction, the shipping delays were caused by personal circumstances, and despite our attempts to contact the buyer to discuss the possibility of shipping the item, we have not received a response. Instead, the buyer has filed a claim to receive a refund. Communication from the buyer has been lacking regardless we tried to help.
