The seller split my order into two parts. The first was canceled (days later), and a refund was issued. However, the second part is now over 10 days late and hasn't arrived. Worse, the seller hasn’t responded to any of my three inquiries about it. I understand delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
