Ordered on 24th April, second class mail (2 days on average), Not arrived, contacted supplier, the response was pathetic, cost of envelope, stamp, piece of tape, time to take to post box. That was Tuesday. Here we are Thursday night!! Still not resolved. I filed a refund request, I have got ignored, seller has not bothered to contact me.
EBay have been chasing me for feedback??? How can I feedback if the sellers haven’t posted? Made contact?

You raised a request just four working hours ago - we have responded - it was sent via royal mail and unfortunately as I agree with you for them to have taken that long when it goes out the very next day or same day if before 1pm the order then is not acceptable - however unfortunately we do rely on a delivery company to deliver our items in your case royal mail. Agreed it is too long ... not agreed that we can respond instantly as are doing orders then have to look into cases then respond.
